Hi Marcy, I really enjoyed ready your updates. It sounds like a great experience, the good and the bad. I don't know if you can get the ingredients but bbq ribs or chicken and cheesy potatoes would be a good american meal. Hope you continue to have many wonderful experiences. Love Aunt Robyn
